Job summary
Mindful Behavioral Healthcare in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a full-time TMS/Spravato Lead to oversee clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Spravato services. You will administer treatments, ensure patient safety, document care in the EHR, and supervise technicians.
The role requires strong leadership, REMS compliance, and staff training in a busy clinical setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field, or 2+ years in medical/behavioral health.
- Completion of TMS certification following provided training.
- Willingness to be trained in Spravato administration observation and REMS requirements.
- Experience with depression/anxiety patients is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and Spravato treatments per protocols and provider orders.
- Monitor Spravato patients during the observation period and document vitals.
- Notify prescribing provider of adverse reactions or concerns.
- Coordinate Spravato pharmacy delivery and maintain the Spravato Logbook.
- Schedule TMS/Spravato consultations and treatments.
- Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of technicians.
- Ensure REMS compliance and patient safety.
