Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of clinical case management experience.
• Experience using EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through treatment journeys from consultation to completion.
• Coordinate appointments, provider schedules, authorizations, and specialty activities.
• Monitor progress, address barriers, and maintain documentation in CRM/EHR systems.
