Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, seeks a compassionate Case Manager to be the primary contact for patients throughout treatment, coordinating care, scheduling, and insurance processes.

The clinic-based role in Annapolis, MD requires 3–5 years in clinical case management, strong communication, and experience with EHR and MS Office. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures timely treatment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in clinical case management or related healthcare setting.
• Experience using EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Guide patients through their treatment journey, providing a seamless and supportive experience from consultation to completion.
• Coordinate appointments, provider schedules, authorizations, CRM/EHR activities, and treatment readiness requirements.
• Monitor patient progress, address barriers to care, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep treatment plans on track.
• Maintain accurate documentation, financial estimates, and patient records within CRM and EHR systems.
• Respond to patient inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and urgency while delivering exceptional service.
• Support high-quality patient outcomes while ensuring compliance with operational, coverage, and treatment requirements.
