Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, part of Neuronetics, is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for our Greensboro, NC location. You will support patients by administering TMS and esketamine therapies in an outpatient setting, monitor responses, and document scales and observations.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with shifts between 7am and 7pm, and travel to other area centers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with significant relevant work experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; about one year of healthcare work or internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments; monitor responses; record rating scales; address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain EHR; manage scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
