Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team in Reston, VA, delivering life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies with patient-centered care. The technician role is full-time with Monday–Friday shifts between 7am–7pm, on-site at our Reston clinic, and occasional coverage at other regional centers.

You will administer treatments, monitor responses, maintain accurate records in EHR, and support scheduling and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, with significant relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain empathetic care, keep accurate EHR, and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
