Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our team as a Regional Behavioral Health Technician for the Northern Virginia region. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers, with a focus on patient-centered care and accurate documentation.

The role involves full-time hours, with shifts between 7am and 7pm and extensive regional travel to cover Alexandria, Arlington, Tysons, and other centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable travel and driving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and assist with billing procedures.
• Support operations including insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Travel regionally to cover Alexandria, Arlington, Tysons centers and other Northern Virginia sites as required.
