Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in our Fairfield, CT outpatient centers. You will monitor patient responses, maintain records, and support scheduling and billing while ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

The role requires a patient-focused approach, strong communication, and willingness to travel between clinics as needed. Full-time, 8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field, plus at least one year healthcare work or internship experience.
• Minimum: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, with substantial relevant work experience in patient or customer facing roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office and EHR skills (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred); excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine; monitor responses; record psychiatric rating scales; address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR; manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
