Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Medical Assistant certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine; monitor responses and document scales.
• Maintain patient comfort, accurate EHR records, and scheduling/check-in/check-out processes.
• Support insurance and billing processes as needed.
