Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Columbia, MD is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient clinics. You will monitor patient responses, maintain accurate records, and support scheduling and billing, ensuring a compassionate, efficient patient experience.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm with paid training and growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus relevant certification such as medical assistant certification and/or an Associate's degree with substantial related work experience.
• Preferred:Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; healthcare experience suggested.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines is a plus.
• Strong clinical interviewing skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: perform clinical admin tasks and coordinate patient and provider interactions for a positive experience.
