Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to support TMS and esketamine therapies.

The role is full-time, with 8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm, and requires travel to area centers as needed. Compensation starts at $22–$24/hr, plus a robust benefits package and opportunities for specialized training. A High School Diploma is required; higher education or clinical certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma with stable/consistent work in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification with at least one year of work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn EMR/EHRs and CRMs; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including device setup, monitoring, and required forms.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent and administer PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during treatment following provider orders.
