Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers. The role offers full-time hours, training, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will administer treatments, monitor patient responses, document outcomes, and support scheduling and billing processes while upholding compassionate patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• BLS certification provided; reliable transportation required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field preferred; 1 year healthcare experience.
• Associate's degree or clinical certification required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per clinical guidelines, monitor responses, record scales, and address discomfort.
• Maintain patient well-being and accurate records: manage EHR, scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
