AtkinsRéalis in Austin, TX seeks a Traffic Management Center (TMC) Operations Manager to lead day-to-day TMC operations, mentor staff, and coordinate with TxDOT and partners. You will oversee scheduling, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe and efficient traffic management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading TMC or similar operations center.
• Experience supervising and developing operational staff.
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily TMC operations to ensure safe, efficient traffic management.
• Mentor Shift Leads and Operators and manage staff schedules for coverage.
• Ensure SLA/KPI/SOP compliance and coordinate with TxDOT and partners.
• Provide operational guidance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead incident management support and emergency response coordination.
• Develop procedures, response plans, and training materials.
