Responsibilities

• Attend SEEDS mentoring and literacy coaching sessions and trainings.
• Provide reading instruction and targeted intervention in TK–2 classrooms.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher Coach and Principal to set schedules and monitor progress.
• Implement small group and one‑on‑one interventions daily with fidelity.
• Record student progress data in an online database or Excel weekly.
• Travel between school sites as assigned and support district initiatives.
