Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; strong interest in helping TK–2 students develop early literacy skills.
• Ability to fluently read, write and speak English; effective communication with students, staff and parents.
• Experience with data entry or progress monitoring using digital tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide literacy instruction to TK–2 students using structured interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers and coaches to schedule sessions and track progress.
• Record student progress data weekly in digital records and Excel.
• Participate in site trainings and coaching sessions to improve instructional practice.
• Assist with routine duties and classroom coverage as assigned.
