Job summary

Metrohm USA, a global leader in laboratory instrumentation, is seeking a Titration Sales Representative to expand our Northern Illinois and Iowa territory from the Greater Chicago area. You will own the full sales cycle, develop key customer relationships, and present tailored titration solutions to analytical laboratories.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry degree, 3+ years in technical sales, and hands-on titration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience in analytical laboratories.
• Hands-on knowledge of titration equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman or structured sales methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a titration-focused sales territory.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with customers in pharma, chemicals, polymers, etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to technical and executive audiences.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to sustain growth.
