Job summary

Metrohm USA is seeking a dedicated Titration Sales Representative to lead and grow our customer base in the Greater Philadelphia area and surrounding regions. You will manage a defined territory, focusing on titration solutions and capital equipment sales to analytical laboratories.

The role requires 3+ years in technical sales, a Chemistry background, and the ability to present complex solutions to both technical and executive audiences. Regular travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years of technical and capital equipment sales experience, preferably to analytical laboratories.
• Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment.

What You’ll Do

As a Titration Sales Representative, you will:

• Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing to exceed growth targets.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships in sectors such as pharma, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care and food/beverage.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and executive audiences.
• Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical and capital equipment sales, preferably to analytical laboratories.
• Hands‑on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields.

Territory & Location

This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout a territory includingsoutheastern portions of NJ, Delaware and eastern portions of PA including Williamsport, Allentown and Philadelphia,ideally based in the Greater Philadelphia area. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
