Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking an Account Support Representative - Titles to ensure titles customer and dealership experience satisfaction. You will grow and sustain relationships with Titles Clerks and dealerships, resolve day-to-day issues, and work with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, use Salesforce/Tableau to manage inquiries, validate titles, and maintain KPIs. A high school diploma and 1 year titles-related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant administrative or titles-related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Proven multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with Titles Clerks and dealership representatives.
• Receive inbound and initiate outbound calls to customers.
• Proactively communicate with dealerships and customers to understand titles needs.
• Provide resolution to day-to-day customer-related issues using processes and procedures.
• Resolve inquiries utilizing DMV, industry, and regulatory publications, and internal tools.
• Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to navigate inquiries and issues.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer relationships.
• Partner with Sales Teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage workload through established KPIs and documents.
• Ensure proper validation and verification on all titles-related work.
