ACV Auctions is seeking an Account Support Representative to assist U.S. car dealerships with our digital marketplace solutions.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, provide pre- and post-sales support, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries using Salesforce and internal tools. You will report to the Team Lead, Customer Service, and operate in a fast-paced, open-team environment with a Monday-to-Friday 11:30am–8:00pm schedule.
