Qualifications

• 1 year automotive title experience, typically from an auction, dealership, or state motor vehicle department.
• Knowledge of local state DMV rules, regulations, and fee structures for title processes.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet onsite visitors at front office and direct or guide them as appropriate.
• Assist customers at the front counter to support title needs.
• Review and analyze titles for accuracy and completeness; request corrections.
• Calculate estimated title fees and process title transfers per jurisdiction.
• Submit requests for duplicate titles or other documentation.
• Verify buyer, seller, and vehicle information in internal systems and title paperwork.
