Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a Title Administrator to review and process automotive titles through the auction process in a customer-facing environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact at the front office, assisting customers and vendors with title needs and general service.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of state DMV rules, ability to calculate fees, and accurate data entry in internal systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Notary certification preferred.
• Active DMV certification for Title processing may be required.
• At least 1 year automotive title experience.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist onsite visitors at front office.
• Support title needs at front counter.
• Review and analyze titles for accuracy and completeness.
• Apply knowledge of state DMV rules and fees.
• Calculate estimated fees for title processes.
• Prepare titles for transfer and submit duplicate requests.
• Verify information in databases and title paperwork.
• Process payments and verify flooring plan payments.
• Maintain filing system for titles and documents.
• Answer phones professionally and call customers about payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
