Carvana is hiring a Registration/Titles Specialist in Tempe, AZ to own the title and registration journey. This in-office role combines customer care with document verification and notarization, leveraging an AI co-pilot for administrative tasks.

The position starts at $16/hr with progression to $18+/hr within a year, plus merit increases every 90 days. Training lasts 2–4 weeks at the full-time hourly rate.

Formación

• 1–2 years in an admin, data entry, or customer-facing role.
• Tech-savvy with multiple systems and tools.
• Fast learner who adapts to change and makes careful decisions.
• Detail-focused with ability to cross-check documents.
• Notary: able to obtain a Remote Online Notary (RON) or local notary within 90 days (Carvana sponsor).
• Experience with vehicle titles, DMVs, or government licensing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and complete documents to transfer a vehicle title in compliance with state rules.
• Contact customers, DMVs, lienholders, and others to obtain missing documents.
• Enter and cross-reference data across databases with accuracy.
• Process and mail registration packets; liaise with licensing departments.
• Notarize documents on inbound video calls when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and case notes.
• Collaborate with teams to move cases forward and handle special projects.
• Manage caseloads from open to close.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
