Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist in Lexington to ensure a smooth vehicle ownership transition for customers. You will handle registrations, review documents, and coordinate with DMVs as part of a fast-paced team.

You will contribute to a seamless car-buying journey by accurately processing paperwork, maintaining records, and providing strong customer-facing support. Training is paid at the full-time hourly rate, and hours may fluctuate with business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savviness: navigate multiple systems, learn new tools, and troubleshoot.
• Must be able to maintain composure and efficiently problem solve during escalated situations.
• Regular, consistent attendance in office (no remote work allowed).
• Ability to obtain notary based on state-specific requirements (as needed).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state and county government licensing departments, in-person and online document drop-off and filing with agencies.
• Work closely with the local DMV; pick up, receive and file paperwork from the DMV.
• Update customer records to ensure up-to-date information.
• Interact with team members across various lines of the business.
• Assist Specialists with customer follow-up.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple internal and external databases.
• Maintain detailed notes within a customer tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
