Clicklease is seeking a detail-oriented Title and Registration Administrator in Draper, Utah. You will process title documents, maintain records, and ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the title process to support the financing experience for small businesses nationwide.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role offers a full-time, on-site schedule with training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or document processing experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new software systems and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming title documents and MCOs.
• Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical title records.
• Prepare title releases and assemble title packets for shipment.
• Review documentation for accuracy and identify missing information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title-related documentation issues.
• Maintain compliance with procedures while meeting quality/turnaround expectations.
