Qualifications

• 5+ years of Title & Registration experience, preferably multi-state.
• Experience with Department of Motor Vehicles or licensing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional licensing and title transactions.
• Experience in automotive, fleet management, vehicle relocation or transportation industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing a team and cultivating talent.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• High energy and drive for results.
• Passionate about customer experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team processing title and registration transactions.
• Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders on status and requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of state/title rules and build internal reference materials.
• Build relationships with tag agents, processing providers and agencies.
• Complete transactions using company technology tools and integrations.
• Resolve complex title issues and customer escalations promptly.
• Develop workflows and controls for accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor service standards and department performance metrics.
• Identify improvements to increase accuracy and throughput.
• Participate in customer presentations and business reviews.
• Manage department budget and P&L responsibility.
• Lead additional projects as assigned.
• Strengthen the company’s driveaway reputation across the United States.
