Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is seeking a Title Specialist to process title origination, termination, and related records for commercial vehicle financings. You will work with Salesforce, Docuware, and DDI, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while coordinating with dealers, vendors and state agencies.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to handle high-volume workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in title processing or related admin work in finance, leasing, or automotive.
• Familiarity with multi-state titling requirements and registrations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Docuware or DDI and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process title originations, terminations, and corrections with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal systems and external vendors to ensure proper titles.
• Maintain SF and Docuware records with logs and notes.
• Monitor delinquency and follow up on required documents.
• Support cross-channel coverage and provide training during peak periods.
