Job summary

VFI Corporate Finance, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Leasing Officer to join the team. You will work with a Transaction Manager to draft and finalize equipment leases, gather lessee information, and ensure timely funding of transactions.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with an on-site office environment. Required are a high school diploma and strong MS Office skills, plus basic accounting/finance understanding and writing ability.

• Strong writing skills and contracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with lessees and gather information for transactions.
• Draft, document and finalize equipment leases in Word and Ironclad.
• Prepare redline revisions for internal review.
• Coordinate insurance certificates and other information.
• Review UCC searches to prepare subordination letters.
• Update information in Salesforce and funding reports.
• Collaborate with equipment and legal teams on tasks.
• Attend weekly Contracts team meetings.
