Job summary

Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance, LLC is seeking a Title Specialist to process, monitor and complete title transactions across lease/lender accounts. You will coordinate with internal systems, vendors and state agencies to ensure accurate and timely titling and record keeping.

The role requires handling title origination, terminations and releases, with strong attention to detail, high-volume workflow, and cross-functional collaboration across vendor, dealer and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant coursework a plus.
• 1+ years in title processing, DMV titling, or related admin in finance/leasing/auto industries preferred.
• Working knowledge of multi-state titling or ability to learn state rules quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Docuware, or DDI a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; can handle high-volume, deadline-driven work.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers, dealers, vendors, and agencies.
• Ability to collaborate across title channels and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process originations, terminations, and corrections with accuracy.
• Order titles from DDI for terminations or releases as needed.
• Release at least 40 title terminations per week or channel standard.
• Review title corrections including dealer-side errors.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and Docuware with logs and notes.
• Review mail/title receipts and flag discrepancies for follow-up.
• Follow up with customers/dealers for required documentation.
• Prepare origination packets to vendors and verify state requirements.
• Provide title copies and handle ELT stops as needed.
