• Request/prepare deeds, POAs, trust certificates, and affidavits.
• Review documents for vesting/signer issues.
• Prepare title documents and affidavits for closing.
• Collaborate with lenders to balance Closing Disclosure.
• Review loan closing documents.
• Schedule closings with signing company or notary.
• Assist with any tasks needed to prepare for closing.
