Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus work experience.
• 2+ years of experience working as a title processor for a title company or law firm.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good computer and data‑entry skills.
• Ability to pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities

• Open title files and initiate necessary actions such as calling for payoffs, ordering surveys, and clearing title issues.
• Prepare HUDs and other settlement documents.
• Prepare CDs and support the closing process.
