Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Processing.
• Ability to recognize issues and review closing instructions.
• Demonstrated skill to ensure accurate closing.

Responsibilities

• Review lender closing instructions and prepare CD settlement statements.
• Communicate with brokers/lenders on all closings.
• Assist with confirmations of closings and fundings.
