Our Title Company is seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to join our dynamic team in Bloomfield Hills, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the mortgage and financial services industry by preparing, reviewing, and managing title documentation for real estate transactions. Your work ensures accurate, compliant, and timely closings while supporting loan origination and underwriting processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title reports, title commitments, and related documentation to verify property ownership and lien status
• Prepare, review, and process title documents in compliance with FNMA guidelines, TILA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Coordinate with escrow officers, underwriters, loan officers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to resolve title issues
• Conduct thorough searches of public records for property details, liens, encumbrances, and other relevant information
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, loan packages, settlement statements, and closing disclosures
• Maintain accurate records of all title processing activities and ensure timely submission of documentation
• Support loan origination by providing clear and accurate title information to facilitate underwriting decisions

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in title processing, escrow, mortgage processing, or related real estate roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of title concepts (liens, easements, legal descriptions, etc.) and familiarity with FNMA guidelines
• Experience with Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, or similar title software preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong administrative or financial background
• Entry‑level candidates with relevant administrative or financial experience may be considered
• $60,000 – $65,000 per year
