Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to interpret contracts and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise title production employees in the Title Operations Center.
• Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with wage and work hour laws.
• Hire, train, and provide feedback; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
