Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and staff performance.

• Delegate tasks, manage workflow, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor processes and identify training needs for teams.
• Implement processes to improve service, quality and productivity.
• Maintain liaison with internal and external partners and report status.
