Job summary

First American is seeking a Title Operations Supervisor to oversee daily title production activities in a Title Operations Center in New York. You will manage staff workflows, set goals, and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong Excel and Office skills help drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3-5 years of directly related experience.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operational activities of title employees in a Title Operations Center.
• Provide input to goal setting for the functional area and manage staffing recommendations.
• Interview candidates, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor processes and identify training needs; drive cross-training initiatives.
• Implement processes and metrics to improve customer service, quality and productivity.
• Communicate status updates and reports to management.
