Job summary

First American is hiring a Title Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day title production activities across multiple counties from the Washington, DC area. You will supervise Title Operations Center staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure timely delivery of results in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of related experience, 2+ years in a leadership role, and a strong command of Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise title production employees in a Title Operations Center.
• Oversee daily operational tasks and manage staffing and hiring recommendations.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor training needs and drive cross-training.
• Implement processes to improve customer service, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate status reports to manager.
• Liaise with internal/external partners and manage relationships.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
