Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking an Operations Representative to support title insurance agency partners across Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. The role blends operations, underwriting support, agency development, and relationship management in a collaborative, growth-driven environment.

You will train agencies on systems, forms, rates, and compliance; perform audits; monitor performance; and help launch new agencies.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of title insurance and settlement operations REQUIRED.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective training and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, underwriting, and settlement support to agency partners.
• Train agency personnel on systems, forms, rates, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct operational audits and help implement corrective action plans.
• Serve as a liaison between agencies and internal departments.
• Support agency growth, onboarding, and development initiatives.
• Assist with implementation of marketing, training, and operational improvement programs.
• Monitor agency performance, staffing, and operational effectiveness for managed agencies.
• Support risk management, compliance, reporting, and special projects.
