This senior role oversees multiple locations, drives profitability, and ensures exceptional service for customers and partners.

This executive position emphasizes team development, underwriting and settlement proficiency, and strategic engagement with underwriting partners and executive leadership to expand market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years in title insurance, mortgage lending, real estate, or legal with three years in management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Knowledge of underwriting and settlement procedures.
• Experience with title production software; SoftPro preferred.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple agency locations with clear goals and expectations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee title production, search operations, and settlement services across locations.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, vendor relationships, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct underwriting, settlement, and production audits; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute the agency's business development strategy to grow market share.
• Build relationships with banks, real estate professionals, attorneys, lenders, and partners.
• Represent the agency through sales calls, seminars, events, and community involvement.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, expenses, and revenue; report findings.
