Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; relevant industry experience preferred.
• Experience in title insurance, settlement operations, or closely related field involving real estate transactions.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams and drive results.
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to analyze operational challenges and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with business technology and computer systems; willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational support, training, auditing, and performance for agency partners in Tennessee.
• Develop and support new agency openings, growth plans, and market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to strengthen relationships and attract new business.
• Establish and advance settlement standards, best practices, automation initiatives, and performance metrics.
• Ensure agency compliance with underwriting, settlement, financial control, and operational requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction in staffing and employee development.
