Job summary

Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking an Operations Representative to support agency operations across PA, NY, and OH. This hybrid, full-time role coordinates underwriting support, settlements, and training while strengthening partnerships with agency owners and internal teams.

You will lead audits, implement corrective actions, monitor performance, and contribute to growth initiatives. Travel to partner agencies will be required to expand market presence across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of title insurance and settlement operations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective training and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Results-oriented with strong accountability.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, underwriting, and settlement support to agency partners.
• Train agency personnel on systems, forms, rates, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct operational audits and implement corrective action plans.
• Serve as a liaison between agencies and internal departments.
• Support agency growth, onboarding, and development initiatives.
• Assist with marketing, training, and operational improvement programs.
• Monitor agency performance, staffing, and operational effectiveness for managed agencies.
• Support risk management, compliance, reporting, and special projects.
