The role requires a Florida Title Insurance License and 5+ years in title operations, with deep Florida real estate law knowledge and proficiency in title

Qualifications

  • Licensed Florida title professional with experience in title operations.
  • Five+ years managing complex real estate title operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law.
  • Proficient with title production software.
  • Ability to lead and mentor small teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily title production lifecycle from initial order to final policy issuance.
  • Manage and resolve complex title clearance issues by working closely with underwriters, attorneys, and county clerks.
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and support to our title processors and administrative staff.
  • Ensure all files are processed according to strict compliance standards and internal quality controls.
  • Communicate clearly with real estate agents, loan officers, and clients to provide timely updates on file status.
  • Refine our internal processes to ensure our Nanuet office operates as efficiently as possible.

Requirements

Florida Title Insurance License.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize high-volume workflows.

Experience leading or mentoring small teams within a real estate environment.
