Job summary

HNE seeks an experienced Title Operations Supervisor for a multi-state law firm. You will oversee transfer, assignment, release, and recording processes, leading a team to ensure accurate, timely title documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, real estate title expertise, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows while meeting quality standards and client expectations across multiple states.

• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven operations with accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily title operations related to transfers, assignments, releases, reconveyances, and related title documentation.
• Supervise and develop team members, manage workloads and priorities.
• Ensure accurate preparation, review, tracking, and submission of title documents for recording or confirmation.
• Monitor KPIs: processing volumes, turnaround times, outstanding requests, quality metrics.
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and workflow delays for timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, recording offices, and stakeholders on title issues.
• Manage staffing coverage and cross-training to maintain service levels.
• Maintain and improve procedures, training materials, and quality control processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
• Communicate regular performance updates on productivity and quality trends.
