Responsibilities

• Supervise title, escrow and settlement personnel and review closing procedures/instructions.
• Establish and maintain streamlined workflow for day-to-day operations.
• Prepare management reports reflecting daily, weekly and monthly activity.
• Process and transfer daily fee income deposits.
• Review monthly reconciliation reports for escrow, transaction and recording accounts.
• Coordinate audits with underwriters and CPAs and address findings.
