Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of title search/examination experience in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, title insurance, and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
