Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC (TC&E) is a national title and escrow provider specializing in institutional real estate transactions. Reporting to the Manager, Assignment and Lien Release, this position handles securing, managing and processing essential mortgage documents to support title clearing while ensuring compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in foreclosure or mortgage document processing, typing 50+ WPM, and proficiency with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in foreclosure or mortgage document processing.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan documents.
• Proficient in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Secure, manage and process essential documentation to support title clearing functions while ensuring compliance with statutory, state and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, execute, record and image Assignments and Lien Releases per guidelines.
• Coordinate document-related activities and maintain clear communication with clients, vendors and government offices to enable efficient, timely property transactions.
