Job summary

Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC (TC&E) seeks a detail-oriented Assignment/Lien Release Coordinator to secure, manage and process essential mortgage documents for title clearing. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while drafting and recording assignments and lien releases.

Reporting to the Manager, Assignment and Lien Release, you’ll coordinate document-related activities with clients, vendors and government offices to enable timely property transactions in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in foreclosure or mortgage document processing.
• 1+ years working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Secure, manage and process mortgage documents for title clearing while ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, execute, record and image Assignments and Lien Releases per guidelines.
• Coordinate document-related activities and maintain clear communication with clients, vendors and government offices.
