Quinnipiac University invites applications for a Title IX and Bias Response Case Coordinator. This role supports resolution of Title IX and bias concerns, guiding students, faculty, and staff through university policies and available resources with professionalism and integrity.

You will collaborate with campus partners to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, promote transparency, and strengthen the university's culture of belonging through education and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience with data analysis and crisis/crisis-response settings.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices in complaint resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting of complaints, conduct intake interviews, refer to resources, and conduct informal resolutions.
• Respond to non-emergency reports and violations of policies in a timely manner.
• Work with faculty and staff to implement interim supportive measures.
• Coordinate notices, no-contact orders, and interim suspension processes.
• Assist with training preparation for students, faculty, and staff.
• Coordinate services with HR, CARE Team, and Public Safety.
• Communicate with attorneys, advisors, students, and parents.
• Be the public facing representative of the office for concerns related to Title IX and Bias incidents.
• Oversee departmental financial and operational processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
