Job summary

Life University is seeking a Title IX Case Management, Prevention, and Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate case management, prevention education, and compliance initiatives within the Office of Human Resources.

The role supports investigations, confidential recordkeeping, and educational programming while collaborating with campus partners to foster a safe and inclusive environment. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in Title IX, HR, or higher education compliance.
• Working knowledge of Title IX, Clery Act, VAWA, and FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings and discuss Title IX rights, options, and resources.
• Coordinate investigations, interviews, meetings, and related logistics to support timely resolutions.
• Maintain confidential Title IX records and ensure compliance with FERPA and Clery Act.
• Develop and deliver education, prevention, and awareness programs on Title IX topics.
• Assist with annual compliance reporting, policy development, and program evaluation.
