J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is seeking a Title III Project Director to lead the college’s grant program and oversee strategic initiatives within the Title III framework.

This position will generally work within normal business hours, however, may need required to work additional hours as needed.

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, Innovation and Technology, the Title III Project Director is responsible for managing the college’s Title III grant, working with the Director of Grants Management, project leaders, stakeholders, and an external evaluator to ensure all grant related activities are implemented, grant spending occurs in accordance with approved budgets and timelines, and all reporting is completed per the requirements of the Department of Education.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
