Job summary

Harvis, Inc. is seeking a Pennsylvania Title & Closing Coordinator to support Keystone Settlement Solutions LLC in Kingston, PA. You will manage title reports, tax searches, settlements, and closing documents while coordinating with agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure accurate, compliant transactions.

The role requires familiarity with Pennsylvania closing processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files under deadlines. Flexible schedule options are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Pennsylvania title, real estate, mortgage, or transaction coordination.
• Strong understanding of the Pennsylvania real estate closing process.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare title reports and commitment letters for clients and stakeholders.
• Order and review tax certifications and municipal lien searches.
• Prepare settlement statements and Closing Disclosures (CDs).
• Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct or assist with closings, including reviewing documents and disbursing funds.
• Ensure compliance with all Pennsylvania and federal regulations and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong professional relationships.
