Job summary

Barristers Land Abstract is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our title and escrow operations. You will act as the liaison between clients, agents, lenders, and internal departments to drive smooth and timely closings.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, title, escrow, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with title/escrow software (e.g., Qualia, ResWare, SoftPro, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for all parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Coordinate the flow of information and documentation between clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title officers.
• Track key dates and deadlines throughout the closing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and proactive updates to clients.
• Assist with scheduling closings and preparing necessary documents.
• Resolve client inquiries or escape issues to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
